A Greek Tragedy
Did you know that the 4 suits of a modern deck of playing cards are based on a Greek Tragedy?♣️♥️♠️♦️
The story goes something like this:
There once was a Prince that had almost everything he could dream of having, an education, fine clothes, his own castle, a fully stocked stable, and countless servants to tend to his every whim. The young Prince however was unsatisfied, and filled with jealousy and contempt towards the things he did not possess.
After many months of plotting and planning, the young Prince lured his own Father into their hunting grounds. As soon as they were far enough away from prying eyes, the Prince produced a club♣️ he had hidden up his sleeve and struck his father with several blows. Within a few short moments, the King's heart♥️ stopped beating, and, he died.
The Prince rushed back to the castle in a frenzied state, screaming and shouting at the top of his lungs; "My Father, The King, has been attacked by a wolf in the forest! He needs immediate help and attention".
Unbeknownst to anyone but the Prince, the Queen knew all about her son's plot to get rid of her Husband, the King. As a matter of fact, she ran to his side as the Prince returned to the Castle, relieving him of the club he used in the crime. Not long after, the Queen took the club to an undisclosed location, and, buried it beneath the earth, never to see the light of day again or, be used to incriminate her son. For reasons only known to her, the Queen helped cover up her husband's murder, with a spade♠️, and her own two hands.
Why did the Prince do all of this? For the diamonds♦️, and gold of course, and the title of King. Being King was the only thing that the Prince could not obtain with money or merit. And so, as the legend goes, the Prince of Clubs became the King of Diamonds, often depicted with an axe in his hand because he is also known as, The KIller King!
So why am I telling you this?
Two reasons.
- Anyone can take a few facts and make up a story that seems real on the surface. I pulled this story out of my @$$! The only thing true about the story is; there are 4 suits in a deck of cards, and, the King of Diamonds is holding an axe. The world is full of people who will try to misdirect your attention away from the facts. This is especially true in the business world, because a lot of organizations simply want your money and don't care if you succeed, or, fail miserably.
- I represent Authentic Franchises and Business Opportunities that I will back up with as many facts as I can find. I want to match every client I have, with their best opportunity to succeed. AND....I don't charge my clients a dime.
